Admission Eligibility & Process

Zaytun International Academy (ZIA) is a fee-paying residential school exclusively for boys, with a strong faith-based character that upholds moral values and ethics.

1. Initial Eligibility

Admission requires a satisfactory report from the student’s previous school (for Year 1 and above).

2. Entrance Tests

All candidates must complete Entrance Level Tests in Academic Stream & Values Education/Hifz Stream. These tests assess suitability for admission.

3. Performance Criteria

Candidates must achieve scores within the school’s acceptable range to qualify for entry into the desired class.

4. Final Admission

Upon meeting all criteria and completing required procedures, admission is confirmed.

Please prepare the following documents and information before starting your application.

Prerequisites for Admission

  • Successful completion of entry assessments for the applied year group.
  • Child and parental interview with ZIA.
  • Submission of signed admission form and school-parent agreement.
  • Payment of fees to secure the seat.

Required Documents

  • Date of Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Corporation).
  • Photo ID Proof of both parents (e.g., Voter Card, Aadhar, Passport).
  • Child’s passport-size photograph.
  • Previous grade report card/mark sheet.
  • Discharge certificate from previous school.
  • Medical fitness certificate.
  • Immunisation card.
  • Child’s Aadhar Card.
